Reflection: I very much agree with this quote by Ralph Waldo Emerson because character really is higher than intellect. Say you are the smartest person in your class and are passing with flying colors but you are mean to others, you busy students, you are a liar who cannot be trusted. Then it does not matter if you are a genius, it matters how you treat others, how you are towards others around you. It does not serve any purpose if you are smart but are too mean and have to friends to share your knowledge with.

Duties and Responsibilities: Medical librarians are information specialists who provide assistance in finding medical documents. Clinical trials, medical treatments, as well as other pertinent information that applies to the medical industry are common documents sought after by these librarians. They are specialized in using databases and reference materials to conduct research for medical information
They commonly have training in the sciences, health or medicine. they might also be trained in the information sciences to acquire the skills needed to maintain databases.

 Education: Becoming a medical librarian requires holding a Master of Science in Library Science. A bachelor's degree is necessary for getting into a library science graduate program. -I think I would enjoy this job position because I do love being in libraries and it fascinates me how they are able to locate a sing file our of everything they have and how they organize everything is amazing. This seems like a job I would enjoy very much.

Reflection: I agree with this quote because hard work always pays off. No matter what is in your way, if you work hard enough to get to where or what you want, it will pay off. For example if you were to skip a party hosted by the most popular kid in school because you have to study, it doesn't matter you are left out on what happened or if you get teased for not going. Your choice to stay home and study will pay off and you will get a good grade in your class while everyone who went to the party will have a hang-over. You must push yourself and work hard to achieve your goals in life.
